Health services consulting
Work with us
Health Consumers’ Council offers services to health providers looking to boost consumer engagement, partnership and leadership in policy, planning, and review. Some services are part of our core funding, while others may involve a fee.
HCC is an independent charity and non-profit social enterprise. One of the ways we fund our work with consumers, community members, and people with lived experience is through paid projects. Partnering with us helps achieve our shared goal of person-centred, high-quality care for all.
Our consulting services support organisations to develop innovative approaches to consumer and community involvement. With a people-first, consumer-focused approach, we help health organisations confidently engage with consumers.
We invite you to discuss your project and any fees with us. We work to keep costs low and reinvest revenue to benefit the WA community.
Supporting health services to involve consumers and community
Health consumers are essential for improving healthcare delivery and creating a more person-centred system. We believe that effective and safe health services require consumer input at all levels.
With our deep understanding of diverse consumer issues and extensive experience in the health system, we provide valuable insights to help deliver services that meet consumer needs.
We believe in the importance of authentic, productive partnerships in healthcare to create the WA health service we all aspire to.
