Consumer Partnership and Leadership

Consumer Representative Hub

We know consumers want to be involved in the design and delivery of their health services, and we’re committed to working alongside you to achieve this. We offer support, education, and networking to both consumers and health services and staff, to help them connect and learn from each other.

We are always looking for new consumer representatives.

If you are interested in helping to improve the health system by sharing your experiences and perspectives, we encourage you to join our Introduction to Consumer Representation training session, and sign up to our Consumer Network to find out about current opportunities. You can also email info@hconc.org.au to have a chat about your interest and experience.

If you work in health services, please see our Health Services Consulting information.
